Dear Members,

Its finally here! 30 degree days and clear water what could

be more better than heading down to the Club of the Year, the Swan and settling in to what will be an action packed build up to Christmas.

Melbourne Cup is almost a sell-out with plenty of ladies and gents dressed to impress enjoying the vibe for the race that’s stops the nation.

Open Day's coming up on the 12th November will be an extravaganza on and off the water. The club will be pumping full of life. If you own a boat get on the water in the Viking theme and if you don’t, get down to enjoy the riverside lifestyle. Kids activities including a bouncy castle, animal farm, giveaways and face painters will be onsite. For those thinking of tying the knot check out the wedding expo upstairs. Live music, great food and beverage offers will be available throughout the day also!

Members Sundowner on Friday 17th November is a free event and with wine tasting, oysters on the deck and the debut of the clubs Summer Cocktails menu there is no excuse to not get along. We're involved with WA Beer Week so if you like beer visit us on Saturday 18th November where you will get to meet Homestead Breweries brewer, indulge in some of the beverages and enjoy live music from Chris Murphy. Tickets are available through the link on the club Facebook page.

Kids Xmas Party Sunday on the 10th December will be a cracker for the kids and if you are really wanting the children to behave in the build up to Christmas remind them Santa will be visiting the club every Friday night 5 – 7pm in December taking on board the children’s Christmas wish list! Members looking to know more about our Christmas Day Lunch menu can inquire from Monday 13th November.

Don’t forget our New Year’s Eve event and if you are really in the mood to pull an ‘all nighter‘ consider attending the Habitat Garden Party on New Year’s Day down at the club. More information can be found on our Facebook page.

Good luck to those trying their luck Angling over the weekend, please support the Angling Sections raffle each and every Friday Night. Well done to the organisers of the Commodores Ball it was a great night and a BIG thank you to Commodore Bob Trotter OAM RAN (ret’d) for presenting to boating members the story of the HMAS Sydney on Tuesday night. Lastly – drink responsibly, respect the club, staff and fellow members and I’ll see you at the club!

Trailer Boat Parking is now using a bollard system. This will ensure only members of the club with trailer boat privileges are using these bays. To lower the bollards please use the blue key you have been issued through the office. Make sure you put the padlock back on after use.

Car Parking - We have an overflow parking lot for 4 wheel drive vehicles available along with TS Perth offering use of their parking bays, with the exception of Friday nights.
