Due to COVID-19 restrictions we're trying to keep contact to a minimum and reminding you that social distancing is still in effect (when you're not racing).

FIXED NUMBERS FROM NOW ON
This is the first race that we are using a new system of Fixed Numbers - they'll be used for the foreseeable club race future, at the very least our next three crits and the Macclesfield Road Race.

You have been allocated a number alphabetically in your grade (which is why you've probably got a weird looking three digit number you wouldn't normally expect to see at a bike race).

You will pick up your number from the Cycling SA tent near the finish line, and you don't need to give it back. Hang onto it, because you'll need it for any racing that the fixed number system is used for.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES & GET IN, RACE, GET OUT
ALL PARTICIPANTS must be familiar with the COVID-19 Guide for Participants as below. Anyone accompanying a junior must be familiar with the COVID-19 Guide for Parents or Carers. Social Distancing MUST be adhered to (1.5m apart at all times except during competition), and hand sanitiser will be available at the Cycling SA tent near the finish should you require it.

SIGNING ON
You should arrive to the Start no less than 15 minutes before your Start Time.

You will not need to physically sign on - you'll be marked off the list when you pick up your number.

Upon completing your race, you don't need to give your number back and you don't need to stick around for a podium presentation - we'll be recognising winners online at @cyclingsouthaus on Instagram and Facebook.

You can see the full Start Lists below with Start Times, please note that you should be prepared to race 5 minutes before your start time - if we're running ahead of time by less than 5 minutes we won't be waiting around for you to start!

Corner Marshals
We need a couple of corner marshals for the day still! If you are able to help out at all please let me know at [email protected] - marshals will be paid an honorarium for their time.
